ORDER : RAJESH SHANKAR, J. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondents to provide the basic infrastructure and amenities including road, street light, drainage system etc. as well as to maintain law and order in the concerned industrial area for running the industries. Further prayer has been made for quashing the show cause notice as contained in letter no. 1054 dated 15.09.2021 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition) issued by the Regional Director, Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority, Adityapur Region (the respondent no. 3) as well as the show cause notice as contained in letter no. 845 dated 09.09.2023 (Annexure-5 to the writ petition) issued by the Development Officer, Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority, Adityapur Region (the respondent no. 4) calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why its allotment of land appertaining to plot no. R-7 situated at Mouza- Rowam, Thana No. 91, Thana- Musabani, District- East Singhbhum measuring an area of 43,560 sq. ft. made vide allotment order no. LA/AD/SW/00625/2020 dated 21.03.2020 be not cancelled and possession of the same be not taken back by forfeiting the amount deposited for the said allotment. The petitioner has also prayed for directing the concerned respondents not to impose any interest or penalty over the rent and maintenance cost levied upon it as well as not to further impose any rent and maintenance cost till the adequate facilities and amenities are provided by them. 2. Mr. C.A. Bardhan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 2, 3, 4 and 7, raises an objection with regard to maintainability of the present writ petition and submits that the petitioner instead of replying the aforesaid show cause notices, has straightway filed the same. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the show cause notices as contained in letter nos. 1054 and 845 dated 15.09.2021 and 09.09.2023 issued by the respondent nos. 3 and 4 respectively have not yet been responded by the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. The petitioner is however at liberty to file reply to the aforesaid notices dates 15.09.2021 and 09.09.2023 issued by the respondent nos. 3 and 4 respectively within three weeks. On receipt of the said replies, the respondent no. 3 shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 4.
