JUDGMENT : The learned Counsel for the petitioners in these writ petitions submit that they would like to withdraw these writ petitions as it have been rendered infructuous, as the matter got settled between the parties and nothing survives for this Court to adjudicate in these writ petitions. Taking the said statement of the learned Counsel for the petitioners on record, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
