The main grievance of the petitioners is that, no FIR is registered by the Police even though complaint is filed by them regarding the alleged fraud committed by the members of the Managing Committee and Staff of the Perinad Service Co-operative Society Ltd., No.788. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor. \ 4. The Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint was received and a preliminary enquiry was conducted and it is found that no criminal offence is made out. In such circumstances, this Court need not interfere with the same. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the investigation, the petitioners can approach the jurisdictional Magistrate Court with appropriate application for investigation. With the above observation, this Writ Petition(Crl.) is disposed of.
