ORDER : 1. The petitioners were rendering their services on contractual basis since the year 2000-01 and their last five years' contract ended on 30.09.2025. Vide a letter dated 10.10.2025 (Annexure-17), the Managing Director wrote a letter to the Administrator seeking instructions for continuation of the services of the petitioners because uptil now they were being allowed to remain on work because of the need. In this view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents. Issue notice of the stay application as well. Rule be made returnable within a period of three weeks. 2. In the meanwhile, the petitioners shall be allowed to render services as they were discharging as per contract agreement dated 01.10.2020.
