ORDER : SANJAY PRASAD, J. No one appears on behalf of the appellants on repeated call, however learned A.P.P. is present. 2. It appears that despite valid service of notice upon the appellant No. 1 and the appellant No. 2 namely Sahodar Mahto and Siyaram Mahto respectively, which was served in the light of order dated 04.03.2022 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench (Hon’ble Mr. Justice Navneet Kumar) of this Court and also in the light of service report send by the learned Judge-In-charge, Civil Court, Ranchi, the appellants have not appeared on 29.08.2022. Even on 28.10.2024 none had appeared on behalf of both the appellant Nos. 1 and 2 namely Sahodar Mahto and Siyaram Mahto respectively. 3. Thereafter, this Court vide order dated 28.10.2024 had issued show-cause notice to both the appellants as to why bail granted to the appellants on 18.07.2005 by the Co-ordinate Bench (Justice R.K.Merathia as then his Lordship was) of this Court be not cancelled. However, again none appeared on behalf of the appellants and neither any counsel appeared on behalf of both the appellants nor any steps were taken on behalf of the appellants on 12.12.2024 and even today i.e. 23.01.2025. 4. It appears from the office note that show- cause notice has been served upon the appellant No. 1 namely Sahodar Mahto personally and it appears from the service report send by the Nazarat of Civil Court, Ranchi. 5. It further appears that the notice was served upon the appellant No.2 i.e. Siyaram Mahto through his brother Sahodar Mahto i.e. the appellant No. 1. 6. However on 12.12. 2024 and even today i.e. 23.01.2025, no one appeared on behalf of the appellants on repeated calls. 7. Under the circumstances, bail granted to the appellant Nos. 1 and 2 namely Sahodar Mahto and Siyaram Mahto by the Co-ordinate Bench (Justice R.K. Merathia as then his Lordship was) on 18.07.2005 of this Court is hereby cancelled and the learned Trial Court i.e. Sri S.N. Prasad, learned Additional Judicial Commissioner – II, Khunti or his Successor Court is directed to issue Non-bailable Warrants against the appellant Nos. 1 and 2 namely Sahodar Mahto and Siyaram Mahto . 8. Learned Trial Court is directed to send the compliance report on or before 27.02.2025. 9. Put up this appeal on 04.03.2025. 10. 1 and 2 namely Sahodar Mahto and Siyaram Mahto . 8.
