ORDER : YOGENDRA KUMAR PUROHIT, J. 1. To quash and set aside the order dated 15 th February, 2025 passed by the Hon'ble Family Court-3 at Jodhpur(Rajasthan). 2. To allow this criminal Misc. petition. 3. To direct the SBI Chairman to provide all the banking services such as Internet Banking, UPI Services, ATM Card, Chequebook, SMS Notifications, and all other banking related services to the petitioner who is joint account holder with the Respondent in the their joint pension account. 4. To direct the SBI not to give any banking services such as loan, putting hold, auto debit to the Respondent without taking the consent of petitioner in their joint accout. 5. To restraint the Respondent from taking loan, putting hold, auto debit etc without the consent of the petitioner in their joint account. 6. To direct the Respondent to make dependent cards and ECHS Card for all the petitioners. 7. To direct the pension authority (Principle Controller of Defence) of Air force and DSC (Army) to provide Rs. 62000/- per month from today's onwards and also the incremented salary (per annum) and bonus shall also be granted to the petitioners. 8. To direct the Respondent to provide cost for marriage for his unmarried children Rs. 25 lacs for Petitioner-2, Rs. 25 lacs for petitioner-3 and Rs. 15 Lacs for petitioner-4. 9. To direct the Respondent to provide the share of petitioners form their ancestral properties 10. To restrain the Respondent from trespassing in the petitioner's home and their workplace and the save petitioners from his cruelty. 11. To provide compensation of Rupees 1 lacs from the Respondent for physical and mental harassment fo the petitioners. 12. To grant maintenance arrears from 25th October, 2024 till the date with interest rate of 12% before this Hon'ble High Court. 13 To give any other order of directions which this Hon'ble Court may deems just and proper may also be kindly be passed in this facts and circumstances of the case with Cost and Interest.
