Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents submit in unison that the election was already held on 02.11.2025 and the results are already announced. Hence, they pray for dismissal of the petition, as the same has rendered infructuous. 2. Submissions are placed on record. 3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to raise the dispute under Section 70 of the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959, if they are advised to do so.
