ORDER : M.G. UMA, J. The petitioners have filed this petition seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 to 5 to include their names in the eligible voters list and permit them to cast their votes in the election that is scheduled to be held on 10.09.2025. 2. As per the interim order dated 09.09.2025, the petitioners were permitted to cast their votes. Respondent No.4 was directed to receive the votes of the petitioners and keep them separately and shall not count them. He was also permitted to proceed to count the eligible votes cast and declare the results of the election, which shall be subject to the result of this writ petition. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that election was already held on 10.09.2025 and the result is also declared. Under such circumstances, the petition has rendered infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. In view of the dismissal of main petition, pending interlocutory application does not survive for consideration and accordingly, the same is disposed off.
