ORDER : Subba Reddy Satti, J. Heard Sri G.V.S. Kishore Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S. Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 5. 2. The above Petition is filed impugning the proceedings issued by respondent No.2 vide Roc.No.ASEC/41/2024/ADMNI, dated 22.09.2024 (Ex.P1), transferring the 1st petitioner, Deputy Tahsildar (Civil Supplies), Office of District Civil Supplies Officer, Tirupati District and the 2nd petitioner Election Deputy Tahsildar, Office of Tahsildar, Chandragiri, Tirupati District to Chittoor District, on mutual ground, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. On 27.01.2025, The District Revenue officer-5th respondent appeared before this Court and after hearing the District Revenue officer and perusal of the relevant records, this Court opined that Ex.P1 transferring the petitioner on mutual grounds is, prima facie illegal and arbitrary and directed the respondents 2, 3 & 5 to consider the petitioners’ written explanation dated 06.11.2024 (Ex.P10 & Ex.P11) and to pass appropriate orders. 4. Thereafter, the respondent authorities have issued proceedings vide Roc.No.ASEC/5/2025ADMN1 dated 30.01.2025, transferring and posting the 1st petitioner to Chittoor on deputation to work at Tahsildar Office, Vedurukuppam and the 2nd petitioner to Revenue Divisional Officer, Nagari. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner though contended that the post of Deputy Tahsildar is a District post and the petitioners were transferred beyond the District to another District, however would contend that liberty be granted to challenge the said issue at an appropriate time. 6. Sri Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents would submit that the transfer of the petitioners, to the new place, was made on administrative grounds. 7. Given the facts and circumstances and the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the transfer, if they still aggrieved. The respondents 2, 3 & 5 shall consider the grievance of the petitioners’ in the ensuing general transfers. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
