ORDER : V. Lakshminarayanan, J. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct the Holy Chariot Function in the 3rd respondent Temple, scheduled to be held on 30.05.2025 on the basis of the petitioner's representation on 05.05.2025. 2.When the matter was taken up, Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) representing the respondents states that the 3rd respondent will conduct the Chariot Festival on 30.05.2025. 3.Mr.M.Gnanasekar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that last year too, such an undertaking was given, but the Chariot Festival was never held by the Executive Officer. 4.In case, the chariot festival is not held by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner will be entitled to conduct the said festival. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
