ORDER : L.Victoria Gowri, J. This writ petition has been filed to direct the 3 rd respondent to accept the pending due amount in petitioner's Loan Account No.700009367710 and return the petitioner's vehicle, namely Ashok Leyland Bada Dost bearing registration No.TN-59 DA 5266, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 17.05.2025, within a specific period as fixed by this Court. 2. Heard the learned counsels on either side, and I have carefully perused the materials available on record. 3. The petition-mentioned Ashok Leyland Bada Dost Vehicle bearing registration No.TN-59 DA 5266 was seized by the 3 rd respondent for not paying the due amounts properly. 4. Mr.Janath Ahamed, learned counsel appearing for the 3 rd respondent, submitted that the 3 rd respondent will promptly return the vehicle on payment of the pending dues by the petitioner. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is liable to pay four months' due and the petitioner is willing to pay the entire due amount today itself. 6. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to pay the entire due amount on or before 02.06.2025 and on payment of the same, the 3 rd respondent is directed to return the vehicle, namely Ashok Leyland Bada Dost Vehicle bearing registration No. TN-59 DA 5266, to the petitioner and the petitioner is further directed to promptly pay the future dues, without any default. 7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
