ORDER : S.SOUNTHAR, J. The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to survey his land situated in T.S.NO.174, Block No.10, Ward AV Kottapattu, Trichy East Taluk,Trichy. 2. It is the case of the Petitioner that he purchased the subject property under registered sale deed, dated 24.3.2017 from one Bhuvaneswari, who in turn had purchased the same from one V.Rajendran under registered sale deed, dated 7.7.2014. The Petitioner submitted an application through online on 8.4.2025 seeking survey of the property purchased by him and the same was not considered by the respondent. Hence the present Writ Petition to survey the Petitioner’s property. 3. Ms.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondent submit that the online application submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 8.4.2025 and pass orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and neighbouring land owners, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
