ORDER : When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the survey of the Petitioner’s property was conducted on 5.3.2025. A copy of the Survey Report has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the Petitioner by the learned Additional Government Pleader apearing for the respondents. 2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition and hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
