JUDGMENT : ANANDA SEN, J. 1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging their termination. 2. Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already been reinstated in the services. 3. Since the petitioners have already been reinstated, this writ petition is rendered infructuous. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
