ORDER : The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the false revenue entry in the name of one Kanagaraj in respect of S.No.70/5E in 70/5 to an extent of 0.3.00 hectares of the Petitioner’s land by considering his representaion dated 6.1.2022. 2. Heard the learned Counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3. It is the case of the Petitioner that he purchased the above mentioned land under registered sale deed, dated 22.11.2021 and the same has been in enjoyment of the Petitioner. It is further stated that during UDR updation, the name of one Kanagaraj has been included in respect of the abovementioned survey number in the revenue records. Therefore, the Petitioner submitted a representation on 6.1.2022 before the respondents seeking deletion of the name of said Kanagaraj and inclusion of Petitioner’s name.The said representation has not been considered till date, Hence the Petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition before this Court. 4. The learned Government Advocate who appears for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 6.1.2022 and pass orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and the said Kanagaraj whose name has been included in the revenue records during UDR updation within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. In view of the order passed in the main Writ Petition, the connected Miscellaneous Petition for impleading is closed.
