JUDGMENT : 1. Issue notice to the respondents. 2. Mr. Kumar Vaibhav, Sr. S.C. accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. Prima facie, we are of the opinion that there is non-consideration in the impugned order passed by respondent no. 2 of the several contentions raised by the petitioner in his reply given to the show-cause notices dated 13.03.2024 (in W.P. (T) Nos. 2781/2024, 2774/2024), 11.03.2024 (in W.P. (T) No. 2775/2024), 26.02.2024 (in W.P. (T) No. 2776/2024) and 15.03.2024 (in W.P. (T) No. 2778/2024) and the order appears to have been passed with pre-determined mind. Therefore, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the impugned order, until further orders. 4. List this case on 16.06.2025. 5. In the meantime, counter affidavit be filed.
