ORDER : 1. This petition is filed by the defacto complainant in C.C No.1846/2019 pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Varkala. She prays for transferring the above case from the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Varkala to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kayamkulam. 2. The petition was strongly opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent on the ground that the petitioner was already examined in the said case before the Trial Court. Even from the averments in the transfer petition, it can be seen that in C.C No.1763/2017, the petitioner was already examined as a witness. 3. In the above circumstances, there is no need for transferring the said case from the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Varkala to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kayamkulam. In the above circumstance, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed.
