JUDGMENT : ANUBHA RAWAT CHOUDHARY, J. 1. The learned counsel for the appellants submits that amongst the various defects, defect No. 1 is regarding filing of certified copy of the impugned judgment with authentication fee of Rs.10/-. He has submitted that by virtue of the order dated 13.09.2024 passed in C.M.P. No. 776 of 2024, the certified copy of the impugned judgment has been filed but the authentication fee is yet to be filed. 2. Considering the aforesaid submission, the certified copy of the impugned judgment filed in C.M.P. No. 776 of 2024 through supplementary affidavit dated 17.10.2024 is directed to be placed in the records of First Appeal No. 164 of 2018 and filing of the certified copy in C.M.P. No. 776 of 2024 to be taken as filing of the certified copy in the present first appeal. 3. So far as remaining defects including filing of authentication fee with regard to certified copy of the impugned order is concerned, time till 27 th January, 2025 is granted to the appellants to remove the surviving defects. 4. At this, the learned counsel has submitted that some of the defects have already been removed for that purpose the learned counsel for the appellants shall get in touch with the stamp reporter to do the needful and fresh office note be prepared. 5. At this, the learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that more than 20 appeals were filed arising out of the same impugned judgment. However, some of the first appeals have been dismissed on account of non-removal of defects. The concerned appellants have taken steps for restoration of those first appeals. 6.
