ORDER : S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J. This writ petition has been filed merely based on the presumption that an administrative decision has been taken by the third respondent to shift the TASMAC Shop No.5586. However, there is no order passed to that effect. Thus, this writ petition is premature and the same is, therefore, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
