ORDER : 1. Leave granted. 2. The appellants are accused of committing offences punishable under Sections 420, 408, 409, 465, 467, 468, 471, 477-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999. Considering that the appellants have been cooperating with the investigation and they being only the family members of the main accused who is under incarceration, we are inclined to set aside the impugned order. 3. Accordingly, the impugned order stands set aside and the appellants are granted anticipatory bail on terms and conditions which are to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 4. The appeal stands allowed accordingly. 5. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
