Since the common judgment is impugned in all these appeals, they have been tagged and heard together. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that these interlocutory applications have been filed for dispensing him from producing more than one copy of the certified copy of impugned judgment in these cases. He submits that these appeals arise out of common judgment which is also subject matter of consideration in F.A. No. 47 of 2024 in which the certified copy is already on record. He has further submitted that these matters have already been tagged with F.A. No. 47 of 2024 and analogous cases and therefore, the appellants be dispensed with from filing of certified copy of the impugned judgment in these cases. 4. Considering the submissions, all the aforesaid I.As, are allowed and filing of certified copy of the impugned judgment in these appeals are dispensed with subject to filing of the required authentication fees in connection with the impugned judgment within a period of 15 days. 5. The learned counsel for the appellant is seeking time to file petition for condonation of delay. 6. Post these cases on 11.03.2025 in the supplementary cause-list. 7. The petition for condonation of delay be filed latest by 10.03.2025.
