JUDGMENT : Anubha Rawat Choudhary, J. 1. This batch of first appeals arise out of the same award. 2. The cases arises out of a land acquisition proceeding. The records from the learned arbitrator have been received in F.A No. 367 of 2018 filed by Union of India in which notices have been issued fixing the date of appearance of the private respondents on 30.04.2025. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants in different first appeals have submitted that a number of respondents in First Appeal No. 367 of 2018 have already entered appearance. 4. A number of first appeals of 2018 have also been tagged along with the first appeals of 2014 and this Court has the roster for hearing first appeal from the year 2015 onwards. 5. In such circumstances, the office is directed to place the matter before the Hon’ble Chief Justice on the administrative side for appropriate orders so that the batch be heard by one bench.
