It appears that although, the Co-ordinate Bench (Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rongon Mukhopadhyay) of this Court vide order dated 19.06.2017 had observed that this Criminal Revision Application No. 412 of 2016 is restricted to the petitioner no. 2 only as the petitioner no. 1 Jalpa Kumari has died and the bail was granted only to the petitioner no. 2 Geeta Devi vide order dated 19.06.2017, however, the name of Jalpa Kumari has been mentioned in the subsequent order sheets of this Court maintained from 31.01.2023 till 10.12.2024 due to typographical error on the part of P.A concerned. 2. It also appears from the report sent by Ms. Anulica Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa vide letter no. 30/2025 dated 01.02.2025 that Jalpa Kumari has died on 06.05.2017 and has enclosed the photocopy of the Death Certificate of Jalpa Kumari on 09.06.2017 issued by the Panchayat Sewak, Panchayat Kura, Block Barwadih. 3. The above report has been sent before this Court in the light of order dated 19.11.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench (Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajesh Kumar) of this Court. 5. Under the circumstances, Office is directed to delete the name of said Jalpa Kumari (i.e. petitioner no. 1) by Red Ink in Criminal Revision No. 412 of 2016 and shall maintain the record accordingly in the light of order dated 19.06.2017 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench (Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rongon Mukhopadhyay) of this Court. This Court is surprised to notice that though, the Criminal Revision is pending before this Court but the parties are filing a Joint Compromise Petition (i.e. Annexure-2) before the learned Court below which shows that there is non-application of minds of learned counsels before the learned Court below 12. However, considering the fact that the sole petitioner Geeta Devi is Gotani of O.P No. 2 and the case has been compromised between the parties, the petitioner Geeta Devi is directed to be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Janardan Singh, learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division)-IVth, Garhwa/or his successor Court in connection with Complaint Case no. 252/2006 corresponding to T.R Case No. 687/2012. 13.
