ORDER : 1. List both the appeals for final hearing/disposal in the week commencing 21.04.2025. I.A. No. 12619/2025 in Criminal Appeal No. 850/2021 2. This application for suspension of sentence is allowed in view of the submission made that the role attributed to the appellant, Merajul Islam @ Md. Merazul Islam @ Marazul Islam, in the witnesses deposition(s) is very limited. 3. Accordingly, we direct that the appellant, Merajul Islam @ Md. Merazul Islam @ Marazul Islam, shall be released on bail/suspension of sentence during the pendency of the present appeal on terms and conditions to be fixed by the trial Court. 4. We, however, clarify that the observations made in this order will not be treated as findings on merits as Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, has been invoked. 5. The appellant, Merajul Islam @ Md. Merazul Islam @ Marazul Islam, shall be represented by an Advocate on every date of hearing. In case of non-appearance on behalf of the appellant, Merajul Islam @ Md. Merazul Islam @ Marazul Islam, this bail order is liable to be cancelled.
