JUDGMENT : MURALI PURUSHOTHAMAN, J. It is submitted by Sri.Sajeev Kumar K.Gopal, the learned Standing Counsel for the Employees Provident Fund Organisation that Annexures – R1(a) and R1(b) orders have been issued in compliance with the direction in Annexure – A1 judgment. 2. Sri.R.Sanjith, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are yet to receive the demand notices issued pursuant to Annexures – R1(a) and R1(b). 3. In the light of Annexures – R1(a) and R1(b) orders, the Contempt of Court Case is closed. However, in case the petitioners have any further grievance as regards the compliance of the direction in Annexure – A1 judgment, it will be open to them to file appropriate application for reopening the Contempt of Court Case. All Interlocutory Applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
