ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. The appeal lies on a very short compass. The appellants are alleged to have committed offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the IPC, 1860. 3. The grievance of the appellants is that though no interim protection has been granted by the High Court, the Anticipatory Bail application which is pending before the High Court stands adjourned from time to time. 4. Taking note of the aforesaid fact, we are inclined to grant interim protection to the appellants till the disposal of the aforesaid application, subject to their continued co-operation with the investigation. 5. We request the High Court to dispose of Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. No.8930/2024 expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from today. Needless to state that the appellants shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required. 6. The appeal is allowed accordingly. 7. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
