ORDER : (M. NAGAPRASANNA, J.) The petitioner - plaintiff is before this Court calling in question an order dated 29.04.2025, passed by the III Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Devanahalli, on an application – I.A.No.1, by which the trial Court does not grant temporary injunction as sought for, but issues notice to all the respondents. The application is pending consideration at the hands of the concerned Court. 2. Heard Sri Sampath Anand Shetty and Sri Naveenaradhya S., learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Vijay Kumar, learned counsel for respondent No.49. 3. Notice to other respondents is dispensed with, vide Court order dated 25.06.2025, on a memo being filed by the learned counsel for petitioner. Respondent No.49 is represented before this Court. Therefore, both the parties to appear before the concerned Court and the concerned Court shall pass necessary orders on the application that is pending, after hearing both the parties, within two weeks from the date of appearance of the parties. 4. The parties shall appear before the concerned Court on 04.07.2025. 5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed. Ordered accordingly.
