JUDGMENT : 1. The learned counsel for the appellant prays for and is granted time till 14 th February, 2025 to remove the surviving defects failing which the present appeals shall stand dismissed without any further reference to the Bench. 2. If the defects are removed within time, post these cases on 20 th February, 2025 under appropriate heading. 3. At the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, it is observed that the learned counsel for the appellant may sit with the stamp reporter so that the surviving defects will remove as per the requirements.
