JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. Saurav Arun, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the show-cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.3 in Cont. Case (Civil) No. 692 of 2023 has just been handed over to him. He has further stated that despite the order of the learned Single Judge being affirmed up to the Supreme Court the communication made by the Kolhan University reflects about some Central contribution in making payment which is contrary to the order passed by this Court. 2. Mr. Sharon Toppo, learned AC to Dr. Ashok Kumar Singh appearing for the Kolhan University is directed to serve a copy of the show-cause on behalf of the opposite party no.3 in Cont. Case (Civil) No. 692 of 2023 to Mr. Suresh Kumar, learned SC (L&C) II who undertakes to appear in this case. 3. Mr. Suresh Kumar on being served with the copy of the said show-cause shall take instructions specifically with respect to the Central contribution as indicated at clause 9 (ga) of the communication dated 29.04.2024 and clarify the same. 4. It further appears that the State has taken a stand that the funds have been released in favour of the University but Mr. Saurav Arun, learned counsel for most of the petitioners has submitted that so far as cases in which the Kolhan University is a party there has been part compliance of the order passed by this Court. 5. Learned counsels appearing for the respective Universities shall indicate on the next date of listing as to whether the funds have been made available to them and in what manner the amount has been disbursed in favour of the respective petitioners in terms of the various orders passed by this Court in separate writ applications. 6. Let these matters be listed on 27.03.2025. 7. Let a copy of this order be handed over to Mr. Suresh Kumar, learned SC (L&C)-II as well as Mr. Sharon Toppo, learned AC to Dr. Ashok Kumar Singh appearing for the Kolhan University and Mr. Saurav Arun, learned counsel for the petitioners.
