Bavisetty @ Yernagula Malathi" pending before the Family Courts, Viskhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh to the Family Courts at Parlakhemundi, Odisha. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we allow the transfer petition and direct the transfer of case bearing F.C.O.P No. 56 of 2022 titled as "Bavisetty Santosh Kumar vs. Smt. Bavisetty @ Yernagula Malathi" pending before the Family Courts, Viskhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh to the Family Courts at Parlakhemundi, Odisha. 3. Let the record of the case be transferred without delay. 4. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned court for compliance. 5.
