ORDER : R. MAHADEVAN, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Learned counsel for both the parties agree that in case the dispute is referred to Mediation Centre, there are chances of amicable settlement. Accordingly, the dispute is referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. The parties shall appear before the learned Mediator of Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 16.01.2025 at 11:00 a.m. Parties are also granted permission to appear through video conferencing as and when required. 3. List the matters after the report of the Mediation is received. 4. In the meantime, there shall be stay of all further proceedings in PWDVA No.99/2024, titled as "Mrs. Srividhya Suriyanarayanan Vs. Mr. Karthik Sundaresan Subramanian & Ors.", pending before the Court of Ld. Additional Judicial Magistrate Court F.C. at Kalyan, Mumbai (Maharashtra) and H.M.O.P. No.388/2024 titled as "S. Karthik Sunderasan versus S. Srividhya", pending before the Subordinate Judge at Tambaram (Tamil Nadu).
