ORDER : VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA, J. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue any writ order or direction particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring G.O.Ms.No.39 dated 30.06.2017, G.O.Ms.No.995 Education (C) Department dated 16.12.1982, G.O.,Ms.No. 420 Education (UE.I-I) Department dated 18.11.1995 and G.O.Ms.No.456 Education (UE.I-I) Department Dated 21-12-1995 and consequently the notifications No SII1/1442/39/2017 (Phase- I) and (Phase-II) dt. 06.01.2018 for the posts of Assistant Professors as invalid and illegal and set aside the same and pass…” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the light of the orders passed in W.P.No.23770 of 2017 dated 05.03.2021 which was confirmed in W.A.No.214 of 2021 and batch, this petition may be disposed of since no further orders are required in this matter. 3. Sri Ganga Kumar Chakravarthula, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-University is in attendance. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to Costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
