JUDGMENT : ASHOK S. KINAGI, J. 1. The learned counsel for the appellants filed a Memo dated 08.07.2025 reporting the death of respondent Nos. 1, 7, 11, 12, 15, 18, 21 and 23 to 26 and submits that the appeal has stood abated by operation of law. 2. Memo is placed on record. 3. Though the aforesaid respondents passed away, the appellants have not chosen to bring the legal representatives of the aforesaid deceased respondents on record. Hence, the appeal has abated by operation of law. 4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated. 5. In view of the dismissal of the appeal, pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
