JUDGMENT : (B. M. SHYAM PRASAD, J.) The appellant has filed this writ appeal in terms of the liberty reserved by the writ Court in W.P.No.12238/2025, which is filed calling in question the decision to restore its account in No.924020034960104 with the fourth respondent. Sri M. Unnikrishnan, the learned counsel for the fourth respondent, submits that there is a lien over the appellant’s account in No. 924020034960104 for a sum of Rs.24,77,625/- because of the proceedings referred to in the writ proceedings and that this Court could consider permitting the appellant to operate the account subject to maintaining the minimum balance of Rs.25,00,000/-. Sri Anish Acharya, the learned counsel for the appellant, submits that the appellant undertakes to maintain such minimum balance until the disposal of the writ petition and it must be permitted to operate the account subject to this condition. This Court is of the considered view that this arrangement should suffice for the disposal of the writ appeal subject to further orders in the writ petition. Hence, the writ appeal stands disposed of permitting the appellant, unless restrained by the Writ Court, to operate its account in No. 924020034960104 with the fourth respondent subject to maintaining a minimum balance of Rs.25,00,000/- to ensure that the lien continues uninterrupted.
