Order : DINESH MEHTA, J. 1. The present writ petition has been preferred in the year, 2022 with the following prayer :- “It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this writ petition may kindly be allowed and by an appropriate writ, order or direction : (I) The respondents may kindly be directed to not remove/terminate the services of the petitioners on the post of security guards till the time regular appointments are made. (ii) The respondents may kindly be further directed to fix the wage structure, minimum, at par with the wages received by the petitioners respectively for the last month, i.e., November, 2021 and the letter of intent dated 11.11.2021 (Annex.6) may kindly be modified to the extent of wage structure qua petitioners. Any other writ, order or jurisdiction which this Hon’ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may kindly be passed in favour of the humble petitioners. 2. Mr. Bora, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the period of contract of the placement agency (respondent No.4) through which the petitioners were engaged has ended. He further submitted that, since no interim order was granted by this Court, no relief be granted at this stage. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the record, this Court is of the view that no relief can be granted to the petitioners, who were engaged through the private placement agency, whose term is now over. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 5. Stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
