JUDGMENT : 1. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondent no. 2 - the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-House Rent Controller, Hazaribagh to dispose of J.B.C Case No. 11/2024 (Annexure-7 to the writ petition) filed by the petitioner under the provisions of Sections 14, 15, 17 & 19 of the Jharkhand Building (Lease, Rent & Eviction) Control Act, 2011 against the respondent nos. 3 to 7 which is pending before the said respondent. Further prayer has been made for issuance of direction upon the respondent no. 2 to put up J.B.C Case No. 11/2024 filed by the petitioner on an early date, as even after filing of the application dated 20.08.2024 for grant of interim relief restraining the respondent nos. 3 to 9 from entering the petitioner’s campus and not to interfere with the amenities enjoyed by the petitioner, the same has not been heard. The petitioner has also prayed for issuance of direction upon the respondent no. 2 to pass an appropriate order on the petitioner’s application dated 20.08.2024 filed for restraining the respondent nos. 3 to 9 from entering the petitioner’s campus and not to interfere with the amenities enjoyed by the petitioner, till the disposal of the J.B.C. Case No. 11/2024. 2. Mr. Indrajit Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner, while referring to paragraph no. 4 of the supplementary affidavit dated 15.02.2025, submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the respondent no. 2 has passed an interim order on 24.12.2024 in J.B.C. Case No. 11/2024 by which the private respondents have been restrained from changing the nature of the petitioner-Delhi Public School, Hazaribagh with further direction to the private respondents i.e., the landlord of the campus of Delhi Public School to remove the board of G.D. Goenka Public School, Hazaribagh from the main gate of Delhi Public School, Hazaribagh. The respondent no. 2 has also directed the Secretary of the petitioner-school namely, Sunil Kumar Yadav and the private respondents to comply the terms and conditions of the registered lease of agreement for smooth running of the school, failing which legal action would be taken against any of the parties who violate its order as per Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Considering the aforesaid submission particularly that an interim order has already been passed by the respondent no.

So far as the main case i.e. J.B.C. Case No. 11/2024 is concerned, the respondent no. 2 shall make all possible endeavour to dispose of the same in accordance with law expeditiously. 4. I.A. No. 12632 of 2024 also stands disposed of.
