Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the appellants' claim for higher compensation for the acquired land is covered by the decision rendered by this Court in C.A. Nos. 75167521 of 2022 and connected matters (Jaspal Singh & Others vs. The State of Haryana and Others) on 20.10.2022. 4. Consequently, the instant appeals are allowed in terms of the above-cited decision. However, it is clarified that the appellants shall not be entitled to any interest on the enhanced amount of compensation for the period of delay in filing/re-filing of the appeals before this Court. Ordered accordingly. 5. As a result, the pending interlocutory applications also stand disposed of.
