We direct him to file an affidavit of compliance of his earlier undertaking. 2. Mr. Satyam Thareja, learned Advocate-on-Record, takes notice on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3 in SLP (C) No.24501/2024 and respondent nos.9 and 10 in SLP (C) Nos. 25051-25052/2024. 3. Wherever counter affidavit is not filed, the same shall be filed, under any circumstances, within a period of two weeks from today. No further time shall be granted. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, to be filed within three weeks thereafter. 4. List these Petitions for hearing on 19th February, 2025 in first five cases. 5. The interim relief granted earlier by this Court shall continue to operate till further orders. SLP(C) NOS. 26189-26190/2024 [ITEM NO.53.2] AND SLP (C) NO. 3032830329/2024 [ITEM NO.54] 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners will file the undertakings on oath stating that they will relocate the cattle as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, on or before 31st March, 2025. The said undertakings to be filed within a period of three weeks from today. 2. These Petitions shall be separated from the main group and be listed for considering the compliance on 7th April, 2025. 3. In the meanwhile, the interim relief granted earlier by this Court shall continue to operate.
