- ORDER : 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. In all these matters, petitioners are aggrieved by the action of respondent authorities in directing the petitioners to vacate and hand over the possession of their houses. This Court granted an order not to interfere with the petitioners’ possession in pursuance to the encroachment notice. 3. The learned standing counsel appearing for respondent No.2 in the counter submits that the respondent authorities are not dispossessing the petitioners and in the event of any proposal of dispossessing the petitioners, due process of law shall be followed. 4. Accordingly, all these writ petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. -
