ORDER : S. VISHWAJITH SHETTY, J. 1. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the dispute between the parties in these petitions arise out of the matrimonial dispute which was pending in M.C.No.9/2025 before the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bangalore Rural District, Bangalore, between the petitioner in Crl.P.No.3856/2022 and her husband who is petitioner in Crl.P.No.4955/2022. 2. It is submitted that the dispute between the husband and the wife was subsequently settled and reported before this Court in MFA No.675/2025 which arose out of M.C.No.9/2025. They submit that joint Compromise Petition in MFA No.675/2025, is signed by the parties and their learned counsels and based on the joint Compromise Petition, MFA No.675/2025 was disposed of and consequently, proceedings in M.C.No.9/2025 was also closed. 3. The Compromise Petition which was filed in MFA No.675/2025 is placed before the Court along with a memo dated 03.11.2025 which is filed by the petitioner in Crl.P.No.3130/2024. 4. Perusal of the averments found in the joint Compromise Petition filed in MFA No.675/2025 would go to show that the parties have agreed to withdraw Crl.P.No.3856/2022 which arises out of Crime No.69/2022 registered by Thalaghattapura Police Station, Bangalore, Crl.P.No.4955/2022 which arises out of C.C.No.20877/2021 pending before the Court of II ACJM, Bangalore Rural and Crl.P.No.3357/2024 which arises out of Crime No.281/2022 in C.C.No.8472/2024 registered by Wilson Garden Police Station, Bangalore. 5. In paragraph No.6 of the joint Compromise Petition, the agreed terms and conditions between the parties has been extracted. Paragraph No.6 in the joint Compromise Petition filed in MFA No.675/2025, reads as under: "6. After litigating the above cases, the parties thought over the matter, had consultation with the respective family members and elders the appellant and the respondent No.1 mutually decided to withdraw the cases initiated against each other and settle the disputes between them amicably on the following terms and conditions: a) The appellant and the 1 st respondent agree to dissolve their marriage by mutual consent with each withdrawing the allegations made against the other in M.C.No.5412/2021. b) The appellant will give up her claims over the arrears of interim maintenance of Rs.65,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Five Lakh Only) due to her from the 1 st respondent. c) Pursuant to the proceedings in C.C.No.20877/2021 initiated pursuant to the complaint by the appellant, the amount kept in A/c No.063963700000382 maintained at Yes Bank Cunningham Road Branch, at Bengaluru has been frozen.

The appellant has no objection to defreeze the said account. d) The Respondent No.1 will give up all claims over the residential house situated at No.194, 5 th Main, Judicial Layout, Thalagattapura, Bengaluru Rural District, Bangalore-560062. The Appellant will reside in the said house. e) The Appellant and the Respondent No.1 agree to withdraw all proceedings (civil and criminal) pending against each other as mentioned at Para 5 above. The 1 st respondent being the Managing Director of M/s. Maverick Turf Corporation LLP will ensure that the cases filed by M/s. Maverick Turf Corporation LLP against the appellant are also withdrawn. f) Based on a complaint by the 1 st respondent, Wilson Garden Police Station had registered the FIR dated 13/12/2022 in Crime No.281/2022 for offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 120B & 34 of IPC against the Appellant and her advocates. The same is pending adjudication in C.C.No.8472/2024 on the file of the VI ACMM, Bengaluru. The proceedings as against the advocates of the appellant have been stayed in Crl.P.No.3130/2024 (Naveen Chandra V. & Others -Vs, State of Karnataka & Another). The 1 st respondent will withdraw the allegations made by him in C.C.No.8472/2024 arising out of FIR dated 13/12/2022 in Crime No.281/2022 as mentioned above, not only against the appellant but also as against her advocates. g) The Appellant and the Respondent No.1 have agreed that they have no further claims in any manner what so ever at any juncture (past, present or future), right, title or interest in the monies, movable or immovable properties etc., belonging to each other. h) The Respondent No.1 being the Managing Director of M/s. Maverick Turf Corporation LLP agrees that M/s. Maverik Turf Corporation LLP will have no further claims (past, Present, or future), rights, title, or interest in the monies, movable or immovable properties belonging to the appellant. i) The Appellant and the Respondent No.1 have consented to Non-Disclosure of private facts in public, in all forms. The Appellant and the Respondent No.1 undertake not to disclose private WhatsApp information, chats, messages, conversations, e-mails, private videos, photographs or any other documents in any form relating to each other which may be in their custody.

No coercion, fraud or undue influence has been practiced or exercised by one over the other in getting the consent for entering into this settlement." 6. It is relevant to note that, in paragraph No.6(c), it is mentioned that pursuant to the proceedings in C.C.No.20877/2021 initiated based on the complaint by Smt. Deepali Lengade, the amount kept in account No.063963700000382 maintained at Yes Bank, Cunningham Road Branch, Bangalore by Sri. Sandeep Lengade has been freezed and Smt.Deepali Lengade has no objection to defreeze the said account. In paragraph No.6(f) of the joint Compromise Petition, the parties have agreed to settle the dispute in C.C.No.8472/2024 arising out of Crime No.281/2022 which was initiated on the complaint of Sri.Sandeep Lengade against Smt.Deepali Lengade and her advocates. 7. Accused in C.C.No.8472/2024 are before this Court in Crl.P.No.3130/2024. In view of the averments found in Clause 6(f) of the joint Compromise Petition, the proceedings in C.C.No.8472/2024 out of which Crl. P.No. 3130/2024 arises needs to be quashed. 8. The parties namely Smt. Deepali Lengade and Sri.Sandeep Lengade are present in person before the Court and they are identified by their respective counsels. 9. The parties have submitted that settlement between them is voluntary, without there being any undue influence and coercion. Hence, the impugned proceedings in the aforesaid Criminal Petitions need to be quashed. 10. Accordingly, the following: ORDER (i) Crl.P.No.3856/2022 is allowed and consequently the FIR in Crime No.69/2022 dated 15.03.2022 and all proceedings arising therefrom pending on the file of II Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bangalore Rural, Bangalore is quashed. (ii) Crl.P.No.4955/2022 is allowed . The entire proceedings in C.C.No.20877/2021 on the file of II Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bangalore Rural, Bangalore is quashed. (iii) Crl.P.No.3130/2024 is allowed .

(iv) Crl.P.No.3357/2022 is allowed . The entire proceedings in C.C.No.8472/2024 on the file of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, CMM Courts, Nrupathunga Road, Bangalore is quashed. (v) It is needless to say that the Bank account of Sri.Sandeep Lengade, bearing Account No.063963700000382 maintained at Yes Bank, Cunningham road, Bangalore shall be defreezed since the entire proceedings in the C.C.No.20877/2021 has been quashed by this Court in Crl. P. No.4955/2022.
