ORDER : 1. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the notifications issued by the State Government, as well as the mutation entries made in relation to the land upon which the petitioners are already residing by way of dwelling houses. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said notifications and mutations entries are also the subject matters of other S.B. Civil Writ Petition Nos. 1651/2024, 11097/2025, 9598/2024 & 9123/2024, wherein the interim order has been passed by this Court. 3. Copy of writ petition has already been supplied to Mr. Mahaveer Bishnoi, AAG, who may file a reply/response within a period of four weeks. 4. In the meantime, till next date of hearing, petitioners shall not be dispossessed from their dwelling houses. 5. It shall be open to respondents to move appropriate applications for vacation/modification of the interim order.
