ORDER : D Ramesh, J. None present on behalf of the petitioner in W.P.No.23857 of 2024 and learned counsel for the respondents is present. Sri G.Suryam, learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No.10220 of 2024 and learned counsel for the respondents are present. 2. W.P.No.23857 of 2024 is filed questioning inaction of the respondent Nos.1 to 5 in conducting departmental enquiry on 7 th respondent fake caste certificate as per the petitioner representations without following any procedure under statutes. 3. W.P.No.10220 of 2024 is filed for providing an opportunity before taking any action against the complaint/representations made by the unofficial respondent No.7 herein. 4. Now, learned counsel on both sides, submit that the respondent authorities have also initiated proceedings and issued notice to the petitioner in W.P.No.10220 of 2024 and the petitioner has also submitted his explanation and hence, nothing survives in these Writ Petitions. 5. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, giving liberty to the authorities that they may pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
