JUDGMENT : HARISANKAR V. MENON, J. [W.P.(C) Nos.3201 of 2023, 32996 of 2022, 34508 of 2022 & 3930 of 2023] 1. Heard Sri. George Mathew, the learned counsel for the petitioners in W.P.(C) Nos.3201 of 2023, 32996 of 2022 & 3930 of 2023, Sri.B.Mohan Lal, the learned counsel for the petitioners in W.P.(C) No.34508 of 2022, as well as the learned counsel for the Thevalakkara Grama Panchayath. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would point out that these writ petitions have essentially become infructuous on account of efflux of time. In view of the afore submission, these writ petitions would stand closed as infructuous.
