ORDER : GANESH RAM MEENA, J. 1. As the issue involved in all the present writ petitions are same, hence, these writ petitions are decided by a common order. 2. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioners that they are confining their arguments to the extent of prayer No.1 only and submits that the respondents-authorities have issued an order for assigning the charge of the post of Estate Office, Dargah Khawaja Sahab, Ajmer, Rajasthan and these writ petitions be disposed off. 3. Learned Advocate General with Mr. Sheetanshu Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 has placed before this Court a copy of order dated 05.02.2026 whereby, Government of Rajasthan, General Administration (Gr.2) Department has issued an order for assigning the charge of the post of Estate Office, Dargah Khawaja Sahab, Ajmer, Rajasthan. 4. Copy of the order dated 05.02.2026 is also taken on record. 5. In view of the fact that charge of the post of Estate Office has been given to an officer by the Government, the petitioners may now move an appropriate application before the Estate Officer under the provisions of Rajasthan Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1964 who may consider it in accordance with law. 6. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand disposed of. 7. Stay application as well as pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 8. A copy of this order be placed in each files.
