ORDER : Sumathi Jagadam, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the respondents. 2. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with the following directions: 1) The petitioners are directed to submit their objections to the endorsement issued vide Rc.B/106/2015, dated 27.07.2018, within two (2) weeks from today. 2) Upon receipt of the objections, the respondents shall consider the same, afford a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the petitioners as well as the respondent No.8 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. 3) The entire exercise including the passing of final orders shall be completed preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of submission of the objections, taking into consideration the earlier endorsement dated 01.01.2018. 4) It is further directed that if the petitioners fail to submit their objections within the stipulated time, the respondents are at liberty to take appropriate decision, in accordance with law. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 4. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
